Registration Fees & Payment
CS Executive registration fees are paid online at the time of enrollment. The fee structure differs for Indian and overseas students.
The CS Executive registration fee (New Syllabus 2022) is ₹12,000 for Indian students and USD 325 for overseas students. This includes the registration fee, postal charges, and student membership. Fee amounts are as per ICSI rules and may be revised; confirm the exact amount on the student portal at the time of registration.
The registration fee for CS Executive Programme depends on the route of entry:
1. For students who passed CSEET or CS Foundation: Rs. 16,500 (total fee)
2. For Graduates, Post-Graduates, CA Final passed, or CMA Final passed students: Rs. 21,500 (total fee)
The fee covers registration for both groups of CS Executive Programme.
The registration fee can be paid online through the ICSI student portal using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. Payment must be made as part of the online registration form — there is no option to pay offline (cash or DD).
The registration/examination fee for CSEET (CS Executive Entrance Test) is Rs. 2,000. This fee is to be paid at the time of applying for CSEET. Separate registration fee for CS Executive Programme is applicable after passing CSEET.
The CS Executive registration fee is generally non-refundable once paid. In cases where the registration is rejected by ICSI (due to ineligibility), ICSI may refund the fee after deducting administrative charges. Voluntary withdrawal from the program does not entitle you to a refund.
Yes, ICSI provides fee concessions to the following categories:
1. SC/ST candidates
2. Physically Handicapped candidates
3. Indian Armed Forces personnel
4. Paramilitary Forces personnel
5. Agniveers
6. Families of Martyrs
7. Wards of Armed Forces and Paramilitary personnel
8. SEFT scheme for meritorious/economically weaker students
Special concessions by region:
- 100% fee waiver: Students from J&K and Ladakh (for CSEET and CS Executive)
- 50% fee concession: Students from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, North Eastern states, and Himachal Pradesh
Yes. ICSI provides a 100% fee waiver for students from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh for both CSEET and CS Executive Programme registration. Students from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, North Eastern states, and Himachal Pradesh get a 50% fee concession.
